Rokhan Medical Science Journal (RMSJ) — Refund Policy

1. General Policy
   All publication fees are payable after manuscript acceptance to cover editorial, production, and hosting costs. RMSJ strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be considered if a manuscript is rejected after payment due to editorial reasons.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the payment date.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawal of manuscripts by authors after payment.

1. Partial Refunds

• In cases where production work has already begun (e.g., copyediting, typesetting), a partial refund may be offered at the editor’s discretion.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

• fees for additional services (e.g., color figures, extra revisions) are non-refundable once payment is made only for printed version.

• Authors should send refund requests to the given journal’s official email.
• Refund requests must include manuscript ID, payment details, and reason for refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 days after approval.
