    All publication fees are payable after manuscript acceptance to cover editorial, production, and hosting costs. RMSJ strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions.
  2. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds will only be considered if a manuscript is rejected after payment due to editorial reasons.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the payment date.
  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawal of manuscripts by authors after payment.
  1. Partial Refunds
  • In cases where production work has already begun (e.g., copyediting, typesetting), a partial refund may be offered at the editor’s discretion.
  1. Non-Refundable Fees
  • fees for additional services (e.g., color figures, extra revisions) are non-refundable once payment is made only for printed version.
