Manuscript Tracking Status

When you submit your manuscript to Rokhan Medical Science Journal, you can track its progress through the following status stages:

  1. Submission Received

Your manuscript has been successfully submitted and is awaiting initial checks by the editorial office.

  1. Preliminary Check

The editorial team is verifying that your submission meets the journal’s formatting guidelines, scope, and ethical standards. Manuscripts not meeting requirements may be returned for revision or rejected.

  1. Under Review

Your manuscript has been sent out for peer review to expert reviewers. This process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Reviewers evaluate the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of your work.

  1. Review Completed

All assigned reviewers have submitted their reports. The editorial team is now assessing the feedback and preparing a decision.

  1. Decision in Process

The editors are finalizing their decision based on reviewers’ comments and internal discussion.

  1. Decision Made

You will receive the editorial decision, which may be one of the following:

  • Accepted (with or without minor revisions)
  • Revision Required (major or minor revisions requested)
  • Rejected
  1. Revision Submitted

If revisions were requested, your revised manuscript has been received and will be reassessed.

  1. Final Acceptance

Your manuscript has been accepted for publication after satisfactory revision (if applicable).

  1. In Production

Your manuscript is being prepared for publication — copyediting, typesetting, and proofing are in progress.

  1. Published

Your article has been published online and/or in print. You will receive publication details and links.
